About the Event

Bethesda Green, Climate Tech Bootcamp, Riffle Ventures and Halcyon will be on the panel to discuss sustainability and creating green ventures. After this panel there will be a Q&A session with audience questions, followed by an open networking forum with top local entrepreneurs, advisors, and investors from the Founder Institute network. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from one of the region's top innovators, and meet others in the startup community.

About the Organizations:

Bethesda Green: is a sustainable urban ecosystem that enhances green living, ensures environmental protection, and facilitates growth of responsible businesses. The Innovation Lab, Bethesda Green’s Be Green Business welcomes founders who are building for-profit business models around innovative and sustainable solutions to tackle environmental and social challenges and ensure compatibility between economic development and environmental protection. Bethesda Green also advises existing local businesses through B-Corps certification on best practices for sound governance, support for workers, and sustainability.

The Climate Tech Bootcamp - CTB (http://climatebootcamp.tech/) is a platform to support early-stage climate tech founders from around the world. To date, CTB has supported over 100 climate tech founders from over 20 countries, who have gone on to raise funding, launch new products, build out their teams and grow their ventures.

Riffle Ventures: Riffle Ventures catalyzes, guides and builds climate solutions for the global majority to create a more resilient, equitable and just world by: Fostering emergent innovation ecosystems through localized partnerships. Co-creating educative research, workshops, and program design on climate, technologies, and impact.
