The gist
You'll build the AI layer behind our products — the intake routing in JustAsk, the code generation in Summon, and the assistive workflows across the suite. We care less about benchmark-chasing and more about turning models into features people trust day to day.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and ship AI-powered features into production products.
- Own prompt design, evaluation, and the guardrails that keep output reliable.
- Integrate LLMs and tools into real product workflows (not demos).
- Measure quality and iterate — close the loop between model behavior and user outcomes.
What we're looking for
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (TypeScript/Python) — you ship real systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompting, and evaluation.
- A product brain: you optimize for what users need, not leaderboard scores.
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration.
Bonus points
- RAG / agents / tool-use experience.
- Experience deploying AI to production at scale.
- Open-source or research contributions.
