Unstuck Mail is an email productivity service operated by Stuck in the Sand LLC, doing business as Unstuck Labs. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and your choices.

Information we process

We process account details, settings, support communications, and limited device, diagnostic, security, and usage information. When you connect Google, we process the Gmail and Google Calendar information needed to provide the features you choose, including messages, threads, labels, attachments, drafts, sent mail, calendar events, and related identifiers.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; sync, display, search, send, and organize email; create calendar events; deliver notifications; provide user-requested AI features; prevent abuse; troubleshoot failures; and maintain the service. We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Unstuck Mail’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only for prominent user-facing features and is not transferred for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or sale to data brokers.

AI-assisted features

When you request an AI feature, the minimum relevant context may be sent to contracted model providers to generate the requested result. Providers process data on our behalf under contractual restrictions. AI-generated drafts remain editable and are not sent without your action.

Security and retention

We use encrypted transport, managed cloud infrastructure, access controls, and account-scoped authorization. We retain data while your account is active and only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Cached and backup copies expire on their normal secure schedules.

Your choices and deletion

You can disconnect Google accounts and revoke access from Google Account security settings. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing privacy@unstucklabs.com. Deleting Unstuck Mail data does not delete original messages or events in Google.

Service providers, children, and updates

We share information only with providers needed to operate the service, at your direction, during a protected business transaction, or when legally required. Unstuck Mail is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will publish the revised date here.
