These terms govern your use of Unstuck Mail and other services operated by Stuck in the Sand LLC, doing business as Unstuck Labs.

Using the services

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, have authority to connect each account, and use the services lawfully. You are responsible for reviewing messages, drafts, events, and AI suggestions before taking action.

Connected services and AI

Your use of third-party services such as Google remains subject to their terms. You authorize us to process connected-service data only as needed for requested features. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before consequential use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the services to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware or spam, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, or reverse engineer protected portions of it.

Content and ownership

You retain ownership of your content and grant us the limited rights required to host, process, transmit, and display it to operate the services. Our software, branding, and original content remain owned by Stuck in the Sand LLC and its licensors.

Availability and liability

Features may change or depend on third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” without implied warranties. Stuck in the Sand LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.

Termination, changes, and contact

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend access for security, abuse, legal requirements, or material violations. We may update these terms and will publish the revised date here. Questions: hello@unstucklabs.com.
