The gist

You'll own how founders and clients find us and decide to work with us — across the studio, the accelerator, and the software practice. This is a hands-on, full-funnel role: you'll run the experiments, read the numbers, and double down on what works.

What you'll do

  • Own the funnel end to end: acquisition, activation, and conversion.
  • Run experiments across channels and kill the ones that don't pay off.
  • Build the reporting that tells us what's actually working.
  • Partner with design and content to ship campaigns fast.

What we're looking for

  • A track record of driving measurable growth (B2B or founder audiences a plus).
  • Comfortable with analytics — you make decisions from data, not vibes.
  • Scrappy and hands-on: you can run an experiment yourself this week.
  • Strong writing and a feel for founder-voice messaging.

Bonus points

  • Startup or agency growth experience.
  • Lifecycle / email expertise.
  • Paid acquisition chops.
