The gist
You'll own how founders and clients find us and decide to work with us — across the studio, the accelerator, and the software practice. This is a hands-on, full-funnel role: you'll run the experiments, read the numbers, and double down on what works.
What you'll do
- Own the funnel end to end: acquisition, activation, and conversion.
- Run experiments across channels and kill the ones that don't pay off.
- Build the reporting that tells us what's actually working.
- Partner with design and content to ship campaigns fast.
What we're looking for
- A track record of driving measurable growth (B2B or founder audiences a plus).
- Comfortable with analytics — you make decisions from data, not vibes.
- Scrappy and hands-on: you can run an experiment yourself this week.
- Strong writing and a feel for founder-voice messaging.
Bonus points
- Startup or agency growth experience.
- Lifecycle / email expertise.
- Paid acquisition chops.
